How to Resize Multiple Images

Select multiple images using the file picker, set your target width and height, and click Resize All. With Lock Aspect Ratio enabled, only the width is used — each image's height is calculated automatically based on its own proportions. Once processing completes, download each resized image individually.

Common Batch Resizing Scenarios

Prepare product photos for an e-commerce store, resize event photos for a gallery, or standardize image dimensions for a blog. Batch processing saves significant time compared to resizing images one by one.

Performance Note

All processing happens locally in your browser. Processing speed depends on the number and size of images and your device's capabilities. For very large batches (50+ images), processing may take a few seconds.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I resize images to different sizes?
This tool applies the same target dimensions to all images. If you need different sizes per image, use the single Image Resizer tool for each.
What does Lock Aspect Ratio do in bulk mode?
When enabled, the tool uses the target width and calculates each image's height based on its original aspect ratio. This prevents distortion across images with different proportions.
Can I download all resized images as a ZIP?
Currently, each image must be downloaded individually. ZIP packaging would require an additional library.
What output format is used?
All resized images are output as PNG files to preserve quality.
Are my images uploaded to a server?
No. All resizing is performed locally in your browser using the Canvas API. No images leave your device.
